EVI Projects is a boutique consultancy firm providing strategic and operational solutions for the estates, vineyards, wineries, and islands of private clients around the world. Our projects may be identified as broad-ranging and global but our mission is singularly focused – to accomplish each client’s brief with integrity and the utmost professionalism in a timely manner. We operate internationally with fluid and accredited teams suitable for short or long-term projects and we work in concert with Owners and/or through their Family Offices.

Our core competencies are evident in the field – we provide hands-on expertise be it for one day or one year. We oversee projects from the ground up as well as one-off briefs. We provide luxury asset management and advise in the procurement of properties for sustainable land banking. We establish multi-residence / multi-property protocols, analyze and adjust standards in existing portfolios. We assess potential vineyard properties, make changes in vineyard management, or conduct soil analyses for vine selection.
