Private Estate: Management of private estate including vineyard and winery project from ground-up to completion.
Private Estate: Transition from seasonal to annual main residence including adjustment of staffing, overall organization, and preventative maintenance schedules.
Private Villa Portfolio: Transition of whole portfolio to rental properties.
Palazzo: Evaluation and proposal from private palazzo to potential exclusive luxury rental property.

Multi-residence estate: synchronization of protocols for occupied and unoccupied residences, staff recruitment and training, household organization per department including wardrobe management.
