Luciana brings 25 years‘ experiene to EVI Projects in boutique luxury hospitality across a dozen nations including the US, New Zealand, Italy, and the Caribbean to name a few. She specializes in private portfolios for discerning individuals and their families who choose to create spectacular estates, vineyards, and island getaways.

Her style is hands-on and tailor-made to suit each Owner or project. She brings strong operational know-how, financial acumen, and strategic planning to each project. She represents her clients with utter discretion, especially in networking, a necessary aspect of international projects. Luciana’s client requests range broadly in scope – scouting of new locations, fine tuning existing properties, addressing deficiencies, and elevating service or amenities thereby ensuring their estate, vineyard, or island, will run smoothly. Luciana serves as a conduit to each client’s vision, passion, and individual style.

Luciana is a life-long learner whose extensive educational background provides a sound foundation for her professional responsibilities. She holds several diplomas across many disciplines as well as an MBA and has attended Cornell University, Harvard University, Auckland University, Xi’an Northwestern University among others. She speaks five languages and has a Private Pilot’s License.

Agustín G. Novoa
Consulting Enologist

After almost 10 years working in hospitality internationally as Sommelier and Restaurant Manager for numerous 5-star hotels and alongside Michelin experienced professionals, Agustín found his calling and decided to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty and learn the art and craft of winemaking – he obtained his Winemaking Degree in both Argentina and Italy and since then has worked for acclaimed wineries in Argentina, Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Agustín specialises in both Cool Climate and Organic Viticulture and has also experience building, upgrading and renovating winemaking facilities, and to re-organising machinery and procedures to maximise quality and efficiency. His wines are made with a minimalist yet precise approach, always focusing on identity and typicity as vital elements that define quality.

As a result, Agustín’s wines are internationally awarded and exported globally coping with modern markets whilst preserving a unique identity and powerful character.

Michael’s passion lies in exceptional and unusual guest experiences, supported by eclectic and international teams attuned to cultural sensitivities.

Michael has a no nonsense, non-hierarchal management style in order to create unique properties around the world that stand the test of time. With a classical Swiss Hotel School education as well as stints at Cornell University, fluency in three languages, and a deep commitment to the balance of the tried and tested principles of hospitality with innovation and originality, Michael guides and supports Owners and Family offices in fulfilling effective portfolio evolutions.
